What is LIfe Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between the coach and client. Throughout your coaching journey, you will be supported and provided a safe space to deeply explore your Self and tap into your potential. Using effective open-ended questions, processes, and tools, you will get clear on your desires, inject more value into your life, create exciting goals and finally take inspired action to achieve them.  

Mindset & Life coaching focuses in on improving your mindset that has a positive impact on your life. Coaching will help you define a better relationship with your Self, as a result, you will behave and act in alignment with your values and Self-worth. As you learn to commit, plan, and execute you’ll start to become the biggest champion in your life. Nothing will get in your way when you are truly devoted to your Self

how do we connect?

All coaching sessions are 1:1 and over the phone. Connect with me from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most comfortable and focused.

How often Will we connect?

Depending on the package, we will meet anywhere from once a week to once a month. To maintain momentum, I recommend meeting no less than every two weeks.

How long is a coaching session?

All coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length.

My availability

I am available to coach on Saturdays & Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm MDT.
