What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between the coach and client. By working with a coach you will be supported and provided a safe space to explore your Self and tap into your highest potential. Using effective open-ended questions, processes, and tools, coaching is used to facilitate personal, professional development and help you plan and achieve your goals.

Coaching is not

Coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals, and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.

HOW DO WE CONNECT?

All coaching sessions are 1:1 and over the phone or on Zoom. Connect with me from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most comfortable and focused.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE CONNECT?

Depending on the package, we can meet once a week to once a month. To maintain momentum, I recommend meeting no less than every two weeks.

HOW LONG IS A COACHING SESSION?

All coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length.

MY AVAILABILITY

I am available Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm MST.
